The Criminal Justice and Law (CJAL) Academy at Brownsville Middle School provides students with a complete educational experience. In addition to our on-campus, state-of-the-art courtroom, students participate in a rigorous yet meaningful curriculum. CJAL provides various options for learning; from engaging with guest speakers, to analyzing legal hearings and trials at various courthouses in Miami-Dade County. Furthermore, their educational experience is expanded through internship and participation in competitions that Miami-Dade Public Schools has to offer.
